Shipping
We ship within the United States only, by ground carrier. Fragrance is classified as a flammable liquid (UN1266) and cannot travel by air, which also means we cannot currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international addresses. Orders dispatch within 2 business days, and we email tracking as soon as one leaves us.
Returns
Unopened bottles in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened fragrance is not returnable — the 14 days run from delivery, so if you are unsure, leave the seal on until you have decided. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and the bottle must reach us undamaged, so please use a tracked service. Once it arrives and has been checked, the refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. To start a return, write to info@sdsignature.com with your order number.
Privacy
We collect only what an order requires: contact details, shipping address, and the preferences you save to your account. We never store card details; payment is handled entirely by our payment provider and card numbers never reach our servers.
Terms of Sale
All prices in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. Batches are limited; an item in your bag is not reserved until payment completes.
